Most VerdiPot items are made-to-order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to prepare your order for shipping. We make every effort to craft your order promptly, but we don't compromise on quality for quicker turnaround times.

We currently ship only within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. After your order has been crafted, please allow an additional 7 days for standard ground shipping.

Please note that during peak seasons, shipping can take longer than usual. We thank you for your patience.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You can return your VerdiPot within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. The product must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Please contact our customer service team at support@verdipot.com before returning any items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately at support@verdipot.com with a description of the issue and photos of the damaged product and packaging. Claims reported more than 7 days after receipt will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been processed.
